The team will be divided into two teams and will swim against each other. It is always great fun for the kids to root for the other kids of all ages on their "team" for this meet! Coach Mike's team will be pink and Coach James' team will be blue! Families are encouraged to wear their team colors. If you have swimmers on both teams, you'll be very colorful! Coaches will announce their teams at practice the week before the meet. Gates open at 7:00 AM! |

This meet is a fun, all relay meet with the Belterra Marlins Swim Team. The coaches will assign all swimmers to their relays at this event. Let's see if we can bring home another Tiger Splash victory this year! |

"Can Do" Pentathlon 2015
Landa Park Aquatic Complex, New Braunfels

The Pentathlon has an entry fee of $5/event or $25/Pentathlon. A Pentathlon is a competition where swimmers participate in 5 individual events, the Individual Medley (IM), butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle. Swimmers receive points based on their place in each event. Awards are presented based on cumulative results. Swimmers may choose to swim the Pentathlon (all 5 events) or select to swim only a portion of the 5 events offered. Landa Park hosts our Regional meet, so this is an excellent opportunity for our swimmers to swim at their outstanding facility prior to Regionals. Swimmers do NOT have to swim all five events. They can choose to swim as many or few events as they choose; however, Pentathlon awards will only be given to swimmers who swim all 5 events and place in the top 8 in their age group. Tiger Splash will award individual place ribbons for our swimmers placing 1st-6th place in an event. Swimmers not placing will receive a participation ribbon. There are event entry fees of $5 per event, or $25 to swim the whole pentathlon. |
