NITRO Swimming

Nitro Swimming is hosting their Summer League Tune-Up Clinic again this spring 2026, and registration is now open. This clinic is a great opportunity for swimmers to sharpen skills and head into the summer league season feeling confident and prepared. 

Clinic Details 

Dates: Every Saturday from March 28th – May 2nd 

Cost: $150 per swimmer 

Locations & Times: 

Nitro Swimming – Bee Cave: 12:30 – 1:30 PM 

Nitro Swimming – Kyle: 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM

This six-week clinic is designed to help swimmers head into the summer league season stronger, faster, and more confident. The focus will include: 

  • Fundamentals First - Bodyline positioning, strong streamlines, and effective kicking
  • Stroke Development - Technique work for all four competitive strokes
  • Race-Ready Skills - Starts, finishes, and skills that translate directly to race day 

Spots are limited, and we expect the clinic to fill quickly.

YMCA Swimming

Springs Family YMCA will be offering Spring Stroke Clinics—an excellent way for swimmers to build confidence, refine technique, and get ready for the summer swim team season.

They will be offering Sunday sessions on April 12, 19, 26, and May 3 (four 30-minute classes):

  • Ages 6 & Under: 1:00–1:30 PM
    Ages 7–9: 1:30–2:10 PM
    Ages 10–12: 2:10–2:50 PM
  • Pricing: $50 for members | $100 for non-members

    Swimmers should already be water-safe, as these clinics focus on stroke development and skill progression.

    Program focus by age group:
    6 & Under: Freestyle and backstroke, with introductions to breaststroke, butterfly, and diving Register Here
    Ages 7–9: All four strokes, starts, and finishes Register Here
    Ages 10–12: All four strokes, turns, and advanced starts Register Here

    This is a fun, structured opportunity for swimmers to sharpen their skills and feel confident heading into the summer season. The program will be led by Coach Janet Risser, Head Coach of the Swim Y’all Swim Team, who brings great energy and expertise to the pool.

    Swimmers should bring goggles, a swimsuit, and a towel - plus a readiness to learn and have fun!
