OPTIONAL PRACTICES START - UPDATED

Session 1 (5:30pm - 6:30pm) - All swimmers age 6&under, Boys 7&8 Session 2 (6:15pm - 7:30pm) - Girls 7&8, All swimmers 9&10 Session 3 (7:15pm - 8:30pm) - All swimmers 11&over *Practices are held Monday through Thursday every week (except for Memorial Day). There are no minimum attendance requirements. Swimmers will check-in with a JAV or board member upon entering the pool deck. Swimmers will be allowed on deck approximately 5 minutes prior to session start time. No parents are allowed on deck during practice. *Swimmers will need goggles and a towel. Swim caps are not required at practices or swim meets. Occasionally, the coaches will have swimmers use swim fins during practice, so it's a good idea to purchase these if you don't already have some. We do have a limited number of fins to borrow during practices also. |

It's BACK!!! This year we are hosting our own PENTATHLON again. Swimmer's must swim all strokes and the IM to be eligible to win one of the coveted PENTATHLON ribbons awarded to the top 8 swimmers of each gender/age group. Points are awarded for the top swimmers in each event and tallied together for the grand total. |
