2026 Founders Day Parade shirts will be available. Sign up available 4/10, limited spots available! The Founders Day Committee and the City of Dripping Springs are proud to announce an exciting update to one of the community’s most beloved traditions. Beginning in 2026, the Founders Day Parade will transition from motorized floats to a fully walking parade, bringing a fresh, engaging, and safer experience to the 37th annual Founders Day Festival. This year's theme, "Walk This Way!", is all about how you interpret "walk." It can be playful, literal, musical, historical, or totally out-of-the-box. From Walk the Line to Walking on Sunshine, the possibilities are endless! Example themes: Walk the Line, Walking on Sunshine, Walk the Plank, Moon Walk, These Boots are Made for Walking, etc. The Parade has long served as the festival’s joyful kickoff, and this year’s evolution brings a renewed emphasis on community spirit, creativity, and connection. |

APPLY TO BE A JAV TODAY!!
Junior Assistant Volunteer (JAV) is a volunteer position responsible for assisting the coaching staff with practice and meet day functions of the swim team. The goal of the JAV program is to ensure more individualized attention to every Splash swimmer, as well as develop leadership skills for JAV participants. JAVs will report directly to the Swim Coaches as well as the JAV Coaching Coordinator. Our main source of communication will be through the SportsYou app. All JAVs (or parent) will be required to join the app. Please note, due to the overwhelming interest in our JAV program, Tiger Splash may implement a limit to the number of JAVs for the team. • Sign your swimmer up for preferred individual events and select relay availability • Complete the Google form so that we know which individual events you would like to drop should you be placed on a relay team (we will keep the swimmer in the top choices selected on this form and drop the lower choices) • Please complete 1 Google form for each of your swimmers • We will have a regional meet Q&A session on June 17 from 6:30-7:00pm $10 per event Max 3 events per swimmer $40 per relay event “If entry fees are not paid to Tiger Splash by July 7th, your swimmer will be scratched from Regionals.” |
