Hello,

We are looking for a volunteer to lead our Concession Committee for this summer. This person will be in charge of keeping our concession stand organized and running for the season. Duties would include:

• Inventory of current items
• Creating list of items needed to order
• Bringing concession supplies/items to and from 6 home swim meets
• Setting up and breaking down concessions at 6 home swim meets
• Setting up and communicating with any business providing breakfast items (breakfast tacos/donuts/coffee)
• Working the concession stand during the meet would be optional – we will continue to ask for parent volunteers to sign up for concession stand shifts

This is a great opportunity to “try out” being a board member. We will be looking for 3 new board members at the end of the season! If you would like more information, please feel free to speak with any of the board members at practice.

We have had record numbers of swimmers show up for May practices this week. Please have your swimmer bring a kickboard if they already own one. No need to go out and buy one if they don’t!

Our kickoff party is next Thursday, May 22 from 6 – 8pm. Sign up is organized by last name. Please RSVP using this SignUp Genius.
