Our first swim meet is this coming Saturday, May 22nd. Here are a few important announcements about this week:

1. Parent Meeting- This week during each practice session, the Board will host a brief parent information meeting at the pool pavilion to discuss season expectations, swim meet logistics, and the practice schedule beyond May. Please plan to attend. 
   
2. Swim Meet- Registration applies to ALL swimmers. Please log in and designate your swimmer as "not attending" or "attending". To register, please follow the instructions from Friday's (5/14) team email, including the need for parent volunteers to help during the meet. Registration closes at the end of the day Wednesday, May 19th.
   
3. Swim Meet Results- This year the SwimTopia app will have real-time updates on events and results, including the heat sheets with your swimmer's event numbers and heats. Please be sure you have downloaded the app and logged in. (Note: Heat sheets and race results will not be physically posted at the pool this season).
   
4. Parent Handbook- Please take the time to review the attached parent handbook. It has great information about expectations for the season and should help answer questions you have about meets and practices.
   
5. Coaches Corner- attached the latest Coaches' Corner email about his week's practices. 
   
6. Swim Suits and Caps- If you ordered a team swimsuit or cap, please check with a board member during practice this week and they can assist you with your items.
